The Vintage Gourmet 30cm Deep Skillet is made from cast iron and so is highly durable traditional kitchenware. It has been pre-seasoned and so cooks with a minimal amount of oil. The pan heats evenly to a high temperature and is very versatile being suitable for cooking on most hobs, under the grill and in the oven. There are two lips on either side for easy pouring and a looped handle so it can be hung up when not in use.
