Non-Contact Digital Thermometer from DWD: easy to use giving fast and accurate measurements in a second. It works by measuring thermal radiation from the forehead. Aim the probe at the middle of the forehead at a distance of 3cm-5cm and hold down the measure button.
5 measurement modes are available and measurement accuracy is to within 0.2C. The large LCD display has a 3-colour backlight system: green (34.0C-37.3C), yellow (37.4C-38.0C) and red (38.1C-42.9C). It automatically saves the last measurement and 32 historical readings are available. You can choose whether you want to measure in Celsius or Fahrenheit. To save energy it has an automatic shutdown after 15 seconds. 2 x DC 3V AAA batteries are required (not included,) and it comes with a full instruction manual.
