The Vintage Gourmet Deep Skillet is made from cast iron and so is highly durable traditional kitchenware. The pan has a diameter of 27cm, an overall length of 42cm and is 8 cm deep. It has been pre-seasoned and so cooks with a minimal amount of oil. The pan heats evenly to a high temperature and is very versatile being suitable for cooking on most hobs, under the grill and in the oven. There are two handles to help with carrying and a loop to hang it up when not in use.
