Available in two sizes: 12 or 14 inch (see buttons above). The Vintage Gourmet Round Pizza Stone will store and spread heat evenly, while the cordierite material will absorb moisture ensuring a crisp base every time.

Pre-heat the stone by placing it in the warming oven. When you put the pizza on the hot stone it starts cooking and crisping immediately. As the pizza cooks the stone will absorb the some of the oils, and this means its baking qualities improve with time!
